An error is received when trying to delete a customer account from Plesk2 via the CP.

  1. TS onto PLESK2
  2. Go to C:Program FilesSWsoftPleskMail ServersMail Enablepostoffices
  3. Create dir and name it with the relevant domain without “www” e.g. hyve.co.uk
  4. Attempt to delete the account from the Plesk CP again.
