How to setup and Access Database on a Windows Plesk server

• Upload the database '.mdb' file to a folder in the root of your website.
• Open up remote desktop connection to the server
• Browse to the folder created above
• Right click on the folder, choose security
• Assign [SERVER_NAME]\IUSR_[SITE_USER] modify permissions
• Click OK

Now you can access the database in code.
