Single email account failing on Plesk server – all other accounts are working.
No error. If you try to setup the account manually in mail enable you may see an error similar to:
‘Tthe email address you wish to add is already being used in postoffice (mapped to SF:domain.com/partofaccountname)’
This is because Plesk has messed up the config file in some strange way.
Goto: C:Program FilesSWsoftPleskMail ServersMail EnableConfig
Find file: ADDRESS-MAP.TAB
Backup file before changing
Find the line that relates to the error message and ensure that the full and correct email account name is used.
Problem solved.
