Plesk 11. Mailbox unavailable. The server response was: Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable or not local.

  • If you get this error via ASP.Net form on Plesk, you need to put the base IP of the server into the Server-wide mail settings under “Use no relay restrictions for the following networks”
  • Next, in your email forms, specify the baseIP as your smtp server
