My Plesk email account is set to forward to another domain.
This redirection works fine, i.e. the mail is received on the external account.
However, after sending a test, I received the delivery failure email below. How is this possible, because the email is received?
The message you sent to domain.com/crdm was rejected because it would exceed the quota for the mailbox. The subject of the message follows: Subject: subject
This is because the forwarding account is set to also keep a local copy of the emails. To resolve this ensure that your email account is not forwarding and storing a copy as well.
