• First check the SMTP log files:
• See the log files
• E:\logfiles\MAILEN~1\LOGGING\SMTP\SMTP-Debug-070619.log
• and
• E:\logfiles\MAILEN~1\LOGGING\SMTP\SMTP-Activity-070619.log

If you see the error message "The domain is locally serviced, but recipient is not defined in address map"

• Disable DNS in plesk control panel
• Disable Mail in plesk control panel
