Duplicate emails keep being downloaded from Hyve Pop3 server
It may be worth checking your Outlook configuration to ensure that its deleting emails from the server, this can by following the steps below:
- Tools > Accounts
- Double click the account in question
- Click “More Settings”
- Select the “Advanced” tab
- Under “Delivery options” ensure the following is unticked:
‘Leave a copy of messages on the server’
