How to set up a new email address (POP3 & SMTP) user via webmail. IMail Server.

Login to your admin email account via

Once logged in click on “Web Admin” which is located at the top right-hand side of the page.

(If this is not present your user is not admin, in which case you will have to ask the relevant user to do this or log in as them).

You should now see the domain properties page, from the left-hand navigation click on “User Administration”

At the bottom of the page, you should see a button marked “Add”. Click this to add an account.

Enter the relevant details and click “Save” to create the account.
