When I upload my WAR file via the Plesk control panel I get the following error message:

Error: Unable to start up Tomcat web application: Unable to query Tomcat
Manager: couldn't connect to host.

Add the following entry into the file C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc\hosts

217.72.251.70             YOURDOMAIN.COM
