Single email account failing on plesk server - all other accounts are working.
No error. If you try to setup the account manually in mail enable you may see an error similar to:
'Tthe email address you wish to add is already being used in postoffice (mapped to SF:domain.com/partofaccountname)'
This is because Plesk has messed up the config file in some strange way.
Goto: C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\Mail Servers\Mail Enable\Config
Find file: ADDRESS-MAP.TAB
Backup file before changing
Find the line that relates to the error message and ensure that the full and correct email account name is used.
Problem solved.
Add new attachment
Only authorized users are allowed to upload new attachments.
