Plesk Stats Failed To Update On Windows Plesk #

• Plesk servers may be rebooted in the early hours of the morning due to updates while the Plesk Stats system is updating.
• Plesk stats also runs its updates in the early hours of the morning and if they are interupted the stats can fail for one day.
• Due to overhead we cannot rerun the stats updates for a particular date as it can cause the server to slow down to unacceptable levels.
• If you need to analyse the stats, we can give you the raw logs to view in a client log anaylsis tool.
