Generate WP Statements#

Account task for 1st of each month#

• Goto worldpay
• Worldpay Login https://select.worldpay.com/sso/public/auth/login.html?serviceIdentifier=merchantadmin
• Login with

username: hyveaccounts 
password: [normalwithnumbers]123

• Click Reports

Generate AMEX Transactions Statement#

• Click on WPACC51834111
• Click Get Statement
• Specify From Date as first of last month in the following format yyyy-mm-dd e.g. 2008-02-01
• Specify Until Date as end of last month in the following format yyyy-mm-dd e.g. 2008-02-29
• Format: choose Excel Spreadsheet
• Saved report: choose RPT
• Select Show on Screen
• Check Open in New Window
• Click Generate
• Select Save
• Save in the format yyyymmdd_AMEX_WPStatement.xls using the last day of the month as the name. e.g. 20080229_AMEX_WPStatement.xls

Generate NORMAL Transactions Statement#

• Click on WPACC8184990
• Repeat as above
• Save in the format yyyymmdd_NORMAL_WPStatement.xls using the last day of the month as the name. e.g. 20080229_NORMAL_WPStatement.xls
