I am currently trying to upload files to your server for my client using cute FTP, it keeps trying to login and not accepting the password. I know the information I am typing in is correct any suggestions as to why this is not working and more importantly any solutions?#

This problem is likely to be the “passive” or “active” FTP mode setting. You will be able to switch between the 2 settings within the preferences or connection options within your FTP client software. Please try both active and passive settings (don’t use automatic) and you should find that one will enable you to login.
