Domain transfer and DNS update process – (adding a domain to plesk reseller account)#

There are 2 domain setup options. #

You can either transfer your domain over to us at a yearly rate of £9.99.#

• To do this, surf to http://www.hyve.com/domain-names/ and order the domain via our website.

Alternatively you can simply leave the domain with your existing registrar and point it to our name servers.#

• To do this, simply let us know the domain name and associated IP you’ve setup within Plesk.

• Next go to your existing registrar and change the name servers to the following:

Primary	ns5v.datapipe.net	217.72.240.30
Secondary	ns1v.datapipe.net	64.27.64.70
Additional	ns3v.datapipe.net	66.70.119.168

We will enter the relevant DNS records for you.

Be sure to advise us of any domains BEFORE you update your name servers to ours, as this can create potential site downtime (if the site is currently live).
